Summary
This page was last updated in September 2026. Any material changes to this notice will be summarised on our website.
This privacy notice is intended for all internet users, including users who are also customers, applicants and investors. Please read this privacy policy carefully as it describes how we use your personal data.
What does “we” (“Kingspan”, “us” or “our”) mean?
We are Kingspan Holdings (Ireland) Limited (“Kingspan Group”) and its affiliates, each a “Kingspan Affiliate”.
We operate the Paroc Panel Systems group website at parocpanels.com, which includes country-specific sections managed centrally by Kingspan Group.
When you use the parocpanels.com website, including any country-specific section, Kingspan AB acts as the data controller for your personal data collected or accessed through the website. If you use a divisional subdomain, your personal data is processed independently by the Kingspan Division or Affiliate responsible for that subdomain, acting as an independent data controller.
Kingspan Group and each Kingspan Affiliate are separate and independent data controllers. If they process your personal data, they do so separately, independently and for their own purposes. We explain each purpose in this privacy notice. This means that each data controller is separately responsible for complying with the obligations applicable under relevant data protection legislation.
Click here to access a list of each Kingspan data controller and their contact details.
If you would like to exercise any of your rights as a data subject, as set out below in this Privacy Policy, please contact the Kingspan Affiliate in your country or contact Kingspan Group if this is easier for you. Your request will then be sent to the relevant data controller in accordance with your instructions.
We use your personal data for marketing purposes. More information about how we use your data for marketing can be found in the Marketing section below in this notice.
Where necessary or where you consent to it, we share your personal data with other Kingspan companies and third parties. More information about how we share your personal data can be found in the “Who do we share your information with?” section later in this notice.
It is important that you only provide us with your own personal data and ensure that the personal data you provide is accurate and up to date. Please note that you are responsible for any incorrect, third-party or otherwise inaccurate personal data that you provide to us.
If you have any questions about this privacy notice, please contact your responsible data controller.
Our Website Terms of Use explain the terms under which you are entitled to use our website, www.parocpanels.com, which provides access to our products and services as well as a great deal of other useful information.

With your explicit consent, we use external organisations to send you Kingspan offers and marketing communications. Who do we share your information with?
Affiliated Kingspan companies share your personal information with the Kingspan Group as the Kingspan Group operates the global website.
We may disclose your personal information to third parties in your country and in countries other than your own, in accordance with applicable laws.
Where we have your express consent, we may share your personal information with outside organizations (e.g. contractors, retailers, distributors, retailers, media agencies and service providers outside of Kingspan) so that they can inform you about their promotions, services, events and other activities in relation to Kingspan products and services without having obtained consent from you. An example of this is a vendor that places cookies on your device to personalize information about our products and services to you.
Because we are a global company, the countries to which your personal information is sent or accessed may have different data protection standards than the country in which you are located. However, we have safeguards and appropriate safeguards in place to ensure that your information is adequately protected and that we comply with the law. If you would like to know more about the protections we have put in place to protect your information, please contact the Kingspan Group or the affiliate you normally deal with. A list of data controllers and their contact details can be found here.
When organizations outside of Kingspan provide you with a service on our behalf or assist us in providing the service to you (e.g. sending you a document you have requested or assisting in responding to your query regarding the technical operation of the website), or provide us professional advice, we may share your personal information with those organizations that will only use the information to provide the relevant service. However, we retain responsibility for your personal information and any third party service provider we use must act in accordance with our instructions and protect the confidentiality and security of the personal information appropriately.
We may share your personal information with a buyer or prospective buyer of our business.
We may disclose your Personal Information to third parties, their agents and professional advisers who are bound by confidentiality obligations to conduct third party due diligence in connection with any proposed merger, acquisition, restructuring or transfer of any portion of our business, and to individuals who intend to participate in, promote or commit to or administer any such arrangement.
In certain circumstances, we are required by law to disclose your personal information where a court or the police or other law enforcement authority has ordered us to do so.
Storage of your data
We only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to use your personal data as described above or to comply with our legal obligations.

If you believe that any information Kingspan holds about you is incorrect, incomplete or not being processed properly, please write to Kingspan Group. Your request will then be forwarded to your data controller(s), or you can contact your data controller directly and the latter will delete, block, correct, update, no longer process or restrict the processing of any information, depending on your request and subject to the conditions required by law.
If the information processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.
Where our processing of your personal data is based on your consent or is necessary for the performance of a contract with you, you can request that we provide you or a third party with a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
